Honestly, I don’t really enjoy reading philosophical books much, because they have always seemed quite monotonous to me. But this book has changed my perception completely. It has everything- Philosophy, Emotions, Thrills, Fantasy elements, all coated with a beautiful message.
The narrative style of the author is smooth, language is lucid. As far as story is concerned, it captured me right from the first chapter. And gradually I was immersed in the narration completely.
Each chapter is condensed with engaging story. Writing fantasy imagination is a difficult task because you have to construct it in such a way that it feels believable to the reader. And yes, Dr. Sandeep Jatwa successfully does that. You feel the protagonists experience in the City of Justice as if your own.
The reaction of Shekhar Kapoor after the accident when some strange things happen to him (Don’t want to spoil it for you guys) are described so practically, without going overboard. I wouldn’t reveal much but the Golden Chair, miniature Solar Systems, etc all was narrated so fantastically that I was amazed.
I would’ve liked if Unnati’s character had been given more depth. The relationship of Protagonist and his father was beautifully written. I enjoyed reading Shekhar and Kailash’s story and the angle to which it leads.
This book reminds us how our every small actions impact others. How our ego, ill behaviour, selfishness can destroy someone’s feelings, or even sometimes life.

This book has a lot to learn from, and for everyone. And yes, it’s much better than any love story, or thrillers which came recently. The message which this story brings is beautiful. The best thing about this book is that you get emotionally connected to it. It’s gripping and there’s not even one dull moment in the book! There is a selfish shekhar kapoor in each one of us, which has to change into a loving and caring one. This book deserves to be a bestseller!
